ENOUGH? 10/21/2004
I use to jog during the week. But, with my schedule these
days I have got myself a Gazelle Edge Elliptical machine
which I use for 30 minutes a day 6 days a week. Although I prefer
jogging, this has its bonus' too.
<br>
For all those fitness experts, is this enough? Or, do I need
to step it up a little?

Take Lecithin, an soya base supplement. Take four pills twice a day. In 10 to 14 days, you will notice bigger loads. You can find it in a pharmacy in the vitimin section.

I would love too open a gym with sexercise machines.Naked pushups on top a writhing appuratus thats digging into your back the more you pump your hips the more the machines talons dig in your back.I personally would be down to 180 if these machines were at my local gym.Cant you just imagine listening too your favorite band on your headphones working out until you feel the burn.I think I might ...

I am doing most parts of my body when I work out, but I don't know how to really lose the gut fast. Sit-ups don't tend to work. If I run how long do I have to run to lose it? What are good diets to go by?

Yes yes, we all hear the different ways to get that 6 pack. When you exercise your blood flow increases and the body
gets the proper oxygen and etc.. it needs to function at
its peak. When you do this then you will have better sex.
Not only will your stamina improve but you will have better

Every person has their own idea of what is average and what
is fat. I have seen profiles where people are listed as 5'3
and 145lbs. and they say "average", which to
them they may seem to be. To me though, that's not necessarily
fat, but it does constitute "extra padding"
